RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LUCERE offers free returns or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your item for store credit, a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.
(For example, if you made payments via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account. It may take up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited. Any fee and charges incurred for the return will be borne by you.)
At LUCERE, we take pride in our jewellery. Each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before being mailed out.
Returns / Exchanges Exclusions
- Customised Jewellery
- Jewellery which shows signs of wear, or alterations or resizing which has been done by a jeweller other than LUCERE
Condition of Returned Item
Returned Jewellery items must be undamaged, new and unused.
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned item once your return has reached us. In the event your order is not eligible for returns, our team will drop you an email. For your order to be returned to you, there will be a redelivery fee of SGD $5.
Returns / Exchange Process
To do a return, simply drop us an email at contact@lucerejewellery.com and we’ll work it out with you.
If the item chosen for exchange is of higher value, you shall pay the price difference at the time of exchange. If the item chosen is of lower value, no refund for the price difference will be provided.
Items can be exchanged once only.
Return shipping costs are covered by you. Please use a registered postal service with a tracking system. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please post your item to us within 7 days of us confirming the return with you.
Defective/Incorrect Item
In the event you receive a defective or wrong item, we're sincerely apologetic. Please drop us an email at contact@lucerejewellery.com, with the following details so that we can sort it out with you.

- Photo of the defect
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the correct jewellery piece is no longer in-stock, custom order, store credit or a refund will be issued.
For defective items, you'll be sent the details on how to return your order. Please ensure that the jewellery pieces are unworn and unaltered.
